The Disability Living Allowance (DLA) is currently being replaced by new benefit called Personal Independence Payment (PIP). People are no longer able to claim Disability Living Allowance if there are over 16 years old. One can only make a claim for DLA if he/she is claiming for a child under 16 years old. Child Support Agency (CSA) is a governmental body set up with the aim to support separated parents with their children’s day to day costs.
